At SUSSUP, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're here to make the process simple and hassle-free. Please review this policy before placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible products. Please note: **refunds are not issued to your original payment method.** Once your return is approved, you'll receive the value of your purchase as 

**GIFT CARD** — sent to your registered email, applicable at checkout on your next order.

 Refund Policy

SUSSUP does not provide cash refunds or refunds to bank accounts, UPI IDs, credit/debit cards, wallets, or any other original payment method. All approved returns are settled exclusively through Store Credit or a Discount Voucher.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, your item must:

- Be returned within **7 days of delivery**
- Be unused, unwashed, and free from stains, damage, or alterations
- Include all original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase

Items that don't meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or exchange.

 How to Return an Item

1. Simply drop us an email at info@sussup.com and the team will get in contact with you .
2. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided, or follow the pickup instructions shared by our team.
3. Once the product passes quality inspection, your Store Credit or Discount Voucher will be issued within **2 business days**.

 Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance, discounted, or final sale items

 Voucher Terms

- Valid only on [www.sussup.com](https://www.sussup.com)
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account
- If your order value exceeds your available   Voucher balance, you can pay the remaining amount using any available payment method

 Fraud Prevention

Every returned item undergoes a quality inspection. SUSSUP reserves the right to reject a return if:

- The product has been used, washed, damaged, or altered
- The return doesn't meet the eligibility criteria
- The request is suspected to be fraudulent or an abuse of this policy

In such cases, we may decline the return, revoke any issued Store Credit or Voucher, and limit or refuse future return requests where necessary.
